Health care facilities don't close for water leaks
2/19/2020 (Permalink)
SERVPRO of Wichita Falls recently received a call from a health care facility that had multiple levels of damage.
First, the roof leaked and water had traveled down the inside of the walls. For three stories.
Next was the water damaged carpet in many areas, including this IT department.
We quickly dispatched our expertly trained teams to inspect the damaged areas. One team immediately began extracting water, another team was documenting all afffected areas, while the third team established multiple drying protocols throughout the building.
Building maintenance removed the cove base and cut the sheet rock to facilitate the drying process, all while the roofing company was repairing to roof.
SERVPRO of Wichita Falls technicians know that medical treatment facilities can't close when damage happens, and their quick response mitigated the loss and prevented secondary damage.
