Major winter storm spells disaster for Texoma

The forecast called for up to three inches of snow across Texoma.

While some folks disregarded the weather warnings, your team of restoration experts at SERVPRO of Wichita Falls began to prepare for the worst.

Eleven and a half inches of snow fell across the region, breaking records in both Texas and Oklahoma.

Additionally, record breaking low temperatures added to the problem, causing water pipes to freeze and burst, and leaving many without water and power for days.
